Josef Seibel Wins “Brand of the Year” from Retailer Strolling4Shoes!
Strolling4Shoes is a family retail footwear business that currently operates five stores in the Lake District. All the stores were started from scratch with a very clear vision by the owners, Andrew and Sue Marshall, to achieve an identity. Following this vision has led to tremendous success for the entire business since its conception.
Andrew & Sue Marshall have a dedicated staff who in each location are encouraged to be actively involved in many aspects of the Strolling4Shoes business.
Each year all Strolling4Shoes stores vote for the ‘Brand of the Year’. The voting is based on various aspects of the working partnership between the stores and all their suppliers.

The following factors were just a few things taken into account during the voting process where the Josef Seibel brand, for the second year running, won the award:
• Josef Seibel product, its appeal, its performance and its reliability.
• Customer care from the Josef Seibel office was considered friendly, helpful, attentive
and prompt.
• Field sales and aftercare from the agent, Iain Burnett.
In summary, Josef Seibel in the UK and Ireland was regarded as a hassle free and pleasant company to deal with.
Martin Ingram, Managing Director of Josef Seibel in the UK and Ireland, comments “It is a pleasure for the Josef Seibel team as a whole to receive any award or nomination and to be recognised for the commitment we have towards our customers. To successfully achieve this award when voting is across an entire business is exceptionally rewarding and all involved in supporting the Strolling4Shoes business are grateful.”

Review
When I was asked if I would like to try a pair of Josef Seibel shoes I thought the name rang a bell. I was sure I'd seen them advertised in the Sunday supplements. I suppose I had the impression that these shoes were for the more mature customer.
I had a look at the website and saw that Josef Seibel sell shoes and accessories for men and women. I have to admit I found some of the women's styles a little 'grannified', but there were plenty of fashionable styles in some lovely colours as well as classics mules and sandals. I chose these blue shoes, called Faith.
I have been wearing these shoes for several weeks now, almost continuously. They are so unbelievably comfortable that you hardly know you're wearing shoes. I have walked miles and miles in these shoes. They look great and I love wearing them.
I just can't see the point in putting up with uncomfortable shoes when these are available. They are cushioned and fit beautifully. Yes, they cost a little more than, say Clarks, but it's worth it to feel like you're walking on air.
The press release that arrived with the shoes highlights the benefits of comfortable shoes for mums-to-be and I would have to agree. With all the changes in your body during pregnancy I can see the advantage in wearing comfy shoes.
I'm a convert!
