I would just like to thank you for the service I have received from you . Yesterday it said on the weather that it was changing for worst at the weekend and to expect snow in Aberdeen. My five year old romika boots are looking a bit sad , so I thought I would look for a new pair , came across your site , you had what I wanted ,so I placed an order , it was after 3 pm .

Many thanks for your excellent service, my shoes were ordered on Tuesday and delivered today – Thursday, brilliant. As usual your shoes are beautifully made, very comfortable and stylish. Such a shame so few shops now stock your shoes, I went to Leamington Spa, Warwick and Coventry but the few shops that sell Joseph Seibel shoes have very few styles and its pot luck if they stock the right size, so your service is now the only option.

After never hearing of Josef Seibel (& Friends) before, then finding them by default! WOW! I thought Clarkes shoes were the best thing since sliced bread for comfort. Until that is I purchased a pair of mens boots (Everton) My first honest impression was that it was like walking about in a pair of decent socks, on a luxury carpet, they are that comfortable, could virtually go to bed in them!. Also let me offer my praises for your customer service team, "EXCELLENT". especially Helen. I would have no hesitation in recommending your company to friends, or relatives, thankyou very much, a very satisfied customer.
